Verification issues: Pending or Rejected

In most cases, verification is completed in just a few minutes.

However, in some cases, your application may require manual review, which can take longer.

If your application is taking longer than expected, please refer to the sections below for possible reasons.

Why is my application still pending?

Sometimes, your profile may be flagged for manual review due to incomplete or inconsistent information. This applies to both non-document and document KYC.

We appreciate your patience while our team carefully reviews your application.

⚠️ Do not create a second Wert profile to speed up the process — this will result in a profile being blocked for security reasons.

My application was rejected!

  • If your non-document KYC was rejected, you'll receive an email asking you to complete document KYC instead.

  • If your document KYC is declined, you'll receive an email explaining what went wrong and how to resubmit the correct documents.

  • If your application is ultimately not approved, you'll receive a notification via email.

Submitting new documents.

If one of your documents was rejected, please delete it and upload a new one instead — don’t upload the same file again.

Uploading the same or multiple versions of the same document without removing earlier uploads may trigger our system’s spam filter and cause further delays.
