The order failed, but my card was charged.

If your order failed, but you still see a charge in your banking app, don’t worry — this might be a temporary hold placed by your bank.

When a payment attempt fails, some banks may still reserve the funds for a short time. This can appear as a pending or even successful-looking transaction in your banking interface.

In most cases, the hold is automatically released within a few hours or days.

If the hold doesn’t clear after some time, we recommend contacting your bank directly — they’ll be able to confirm the status and timeline of the release.
