If you no longer wish to use Wert, you can close your profile at any time. Once your request is submitted, all associated data will be removed in line with GDPR requirements.
Steps to close your Wert profile:
Log in to your Wert profile.
On mobile: Scroll down to the Support section and tap "Profile Closure and Data Deletion".
On desktop: In the left menu, select Support, then click "Profile Closure and Data Deletion".
A confirmation window will appear. Please read the notice carefully: once confirmed, your request will be processed immediately.
