When I enter data, it says “invalid name”.

If you see an “invalid name” error, it usually means there’s a small formatting issue.

Make sure your full name is entered correctly:

  • Use only Latin characters

  • Remove any extra spaces before or after your first or last name

  • Avoid using special characters or symbols (like !, @, #, etc.)

  • Enter your name exactly as it appears on your ID
