You can have up to 3 cards being used on your profile, if you would like to change the cards stored on your profile and you haven't completed document KYC, you will be required to verify your ID documents first.
If you have completed document KYC and have 3 cards associated with your profile but would like to replace one of these, you will need to send an email to [email protected] with the following:
A selfie of you with the card you would like to add
The phone number associated with your Wert profile
The last 4 digits of the card you would like to remove
The amount of the last transaction you made
In the selfie, you will need to ensure that the name on the card, expiry date and the last 4 digits of the card number are clearly visible, but you should hide the rest of the digits to ensure that your data stays safe.
