What should I do if my order was cancelled?

Why did I receive ETH instead of tokens?
When you buy a smart contract, two crypto transactions are conducted. First, a required amount of ETH is bought. Second, we send ETH to the seller to execute the smart contract. If the second transaction is impossible to complete because of a technical issue, we go to the fallback plan and send ETH to your wallet address.
My docs were rejected, what should I do?
Before you reapply, check the following:
the expiration date of the ID document has not yet passed
address document is not older than 3 months
your whole document is seen in the picture
you are not uploading a screenshot or a file converted into another format with the help of software
if you have a document that has a back side, like a driving license or an ID card, upload 2 photos: one of the front and one of the back side
